Want To Be a SAY Volunteer?

Volunteers play a staring role in the SAY Theater operation. We depend on the dedication and creativity our volunteers bring to every show and arts event. Volunteer opportunities include lobby support, backstage supervision, set construction, event planning, and more.

Please note that all SAY Theater volunteers are subject to background checks with certain volunteer positions requiring this step during sign-up.

Backstage Crew Sign Up - Finding Nemo JR

This is for YOUTH Crew Members. To be part of the backstage technical crew youth must be at least 10 years of age and will need to be available November 2 – November 10. Performances will take place November 7 – November 10 at Forest Roberts Theatre.

2025 Season Reveal Party Planning

 

Sign up now open for the Youth Planning Committee

This is for YOUTH interested in helping plan, decorate, and participate in the 2025 Season Reveal Party. Volunteers must be available on Saturday Nov 16th, 2024 from 3pm – 9pm to help set up and clean up after the party. Volunteers interested in helping to plan the party will need to be available for committee meetings prior to the event (exact day/times will be determined based on volunteer availability). Open to grades 4th – 12th. 

Please note: Committee members will not get to know the 2025 season prior to the party.
