WHO WE ARE

Superior Arts Youth Theater is a nonprofit organization in Marquette, MI that seeks to build confidence and create positive connections for youth through increasing access to the performing arts.

WHAT WE DO

Our annual programming typically includes 3-4 large musicals, a play festival, performances at community events, and a summer acting camp and workshop series.

Calling all youth playwrights! Do you like writing scripts? Are you interested in learning how playwrights turn inspiration into a production? We are seeking interested youth playwrights for our 2024 Youth Playwriting Project.

SAY Theater is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. That means contributions not only enhance the fine productions for the youth actors in Marquette, it also offers you a charitable tax deduction.
We are so grateful for the support we receive from family, friends and community members. There are many different volunteer opportunities. If you would like to help, please let us know.
We are pleased to offer full or partial scholarships based on financial need. If you are interested in helping, please contact us directly, or make an online donation and designate it for scholarship use.

We believe everyone deserves access to the performing arts regardless of age, ability, race, ethnicity, economic status, sexual orientation, and gender. Our program includes need-based financial aid, wheelchair accessible rehearsal and performance spaces, and a faculty happy to work with families to meet participants’ individual physical, learning, and social needs.
